Our Commitment to your Safety

The emergence of new more transmittable diseases in recent years has allowed us the opportunity to increase our commitment to the health and safety of our staff and patients. We have taken additional steps to make every visit to our dental office as safe as possible. These actions are in addition to our normal standards of care that meet or exceed all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines for all dental offices. This is part of an ongoing commitment that will change as necessary. We welcome the chance to answer any of your questions and address all concerns.

ENHANCED STAFF TRAINING

Our management and clinical team have completed updated training concerning awareness and prevention to minimize the risk of the spread of infection. In addition to annual OSHA training, there is a focus on all the new standards and details for cleanliness before the patients arrive, during the visit and procedure, and afterward to ensure the next patient is safe.

SAFETY CHAMPION

Every employee in our office is relied upon to guide our Commitment to Safety. It is important to be our own safety champions, and we hold each other accountable when greeting patients, treating patients, following protocols, ensuring social distancing, and all interactions all day.

DAILY HEALTH CHECKS OF OUR TEAM

No contact temperature checks and a questionnaire will ensure our team is able to provide safe dental care for our patients.

FRONT DESK MASKS

You will be welcomed by our administrative team wearing Level 3 masks while they check you in and address any questions about your appointment.

FACE SHIELDS

Sometimes masks are not enough. For certain procedures, our clinical team will also protect you and themselves through the use of FDA Approved face shields.

ANTI-MICROBIAL RINSE

We may provide a Hydrogen-Peroxide solution to rinse in your mouth for 60 seconds and reduce bacteria prior to your treatment.

VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM

For extra precaution, you can check in from your car. This is an optional feature to minimize contact with others, bypass the reception area, and go directly to your treatment room.

CREATIVE PATIENT SCHEDULING

We may ask you to come in a few minutes before or after your scheduled appointment to reduce the chance of being in close proximity to other patients in the waiting room. We are also allocating more time between visits for coming, going, and cleaning.

HAND SANITIZERS AVAILABLE

Every patient will be given many chances to thoroughly disinfect their hands at multiple touch points of our office.

CLEANING AFTER EVERY APPOINTMENT

We thoroughly wipe, sanitize, and disinfect all instruments, equipment, and surfaces in each operatory after every patient, regardless of the procedure.

CDC-STANDARD INSTRUMENT STERILIZATION

This is the golden standard procedure and has increased capacity as we have grown. Anything that goes near your mouth is either disposed of or sterilized with heat and pressure between uses.

DEEP CLEANING EVERY EVENING

Along with cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day, we take things to another level after hours with a detailed deep clean of all touch points.
